Christchurch House puts Calztec on the MAPP

We are pleased to announce we have been appointed as the main contractor to work on the transformation of Christchurch House by carrying out a CAT A Fit out with a contemporary finish.

Longstanding client, MAPP, awarded Calztec the strip out and refurbishment works to the grade II listed building located in Birmingham’s central business district, fronting Victoria Square.

The refurbishment works will consist of decoration throughout, new flooring, new suspended ceilings, lighting and CCTV, an overhaul of the ventilation system, bathroom upgrades, shower facilities and the installation of period features and fittings.

Sam Jarvis, Estimator, Calztec, said: “A refurbishment project of this nature requires a highly skilled and experienced main contractor who is capable of delivering the works to a high quality specification. We are delighted that our expertise has been recognised by MAPP in our selection to carry out the work.”
