Our works consisted of:

External

  • Over cladding of existing vertical cladding
  • Car park resurfacing
  • Roof repairs
  • Installation of 3no new Roller shutter doors
  • Installation of new PPC Steel Security doors

Internal

  • Asbestos removal
  • Full electrical upgrade and LED lighting upgrade throughout
  • Fire alarm upgrade
  • Full internal decoration throughout
  • New Carpet, Luxury vinyl tile and Polyflor installation
  • Warehouse floor painting
  • New suspended ceilings
  • Washroom and toilet facilities upgrade
  • Installation of new kitchens
The final space was to the client’s requested specification, both units were finished to a high standard, ready for new tenants to begin renting.
