This building had been vacant for over three years and needed to be made wind and watertight in preparation for the new incoming tenant.

Our works consisted of:

  • We undertook roof repairs and installed weather flashings
  • Installed new trimline powder coated guttering and down pipes
  • Replaced the roller shutter doors
  • Made repairs to the external walling
  • Provided a full electrical upgrade

Health and safety planning was essential for this project, as there was a lot of machinery on site, as well as potentially harmful waste materials. The site also required 24 hour security due to the location and the value of items on site.

The project was delivered on schedule, on budget, and to the high standard our client expects from us. The building was now ready for a new tenant, with all electrics in perfect working order, entrances secured and the new roof structure protecting the premises.
