Progress update: our latest photos from our design and build project in Kettering. The new 101,134 sq. ft logistics centre is the largest unit at Crossfire 14, formerly known as Cransley Park.
Calztec has worked closely with CBRE Birmingham & MAERSK to provide a full in-house design and refurbishment package to suit the incoming tenant’s specific design requirements.
Following the design sign off, we are now underway with the fit out process. A brief overview of the scope includes, full warehouse high bay LED lighting install, construction of new welfare block, kitchen, male & female W/C and changing rooms, office fit out and meeting rooms, further enhanced by new M&E and ventilation to all areas.
Well done to the entire team and all contractors on what has been achieved so far, ahead of schedule.
