Work has now finished at unit 8 Ravensbank Business Park in Redditch. Our client wanted to refurbish the building to provide a high-quality business unit for a new client totalling 60,000 sq. ft.
We were appointed as principal contractor to carry out design and refurbishment works consisting of a full roof overhaul, GRP roof light replacement, lining of valley gullies, cut edge corrosion, decoration throughout including entire steel portal frame, M&E overhaul and full HD epoxy floor coating to the entire warehouse floor.
The office space had also been fitted out to a reasonable specification, with new suspended ceilings, LED lighting, perimeter power trunking and central heating.
