The team has now completed the CAT A transformation of the grade II listed Christchurch House located in Birmingham’s central business district, fronting Victoria Square.
The works consisted of:
- Strip out of the existing office space
- Decoration throughout
- New suspended ceilings
- Lighting and CCTV
- An overhaul of the ventilation system
- Bathroom upgrades
- Shower facilities
- Installation of period features and fittings
