When we worked on this project at Engine Lane, Lye, it had been vacant for three years, and needed some TLC to make it wind and water tight again.

A brief scope of works:

  • We undertook roof repairs and installed weather flashings
  • Installed new trimline powder coated guttering and down pipes
  • Replaced the roller shutter doors
  • Made repairs to the external walling
  • Provided a full electrical upgrade

The project was delivered on schedule, on budget, and to the high standard our client expects from us. The building was made ready for a new tenant, with all electrics in perfect working order, entrances secured and the new roof structure protecting the premises.
