  • Online sales increased by 44% in 2020 due to Covid-19.
  • Clothing & footwear floorspace to decrease by 35% by 2025.
  • Online penetration will be reached by most age groups by 2030.
  • Health & beauty and food & groceries will remain more resilient in terms of future retail space requirements.
  • In the longer term, online penetration will slow and reach a saturation point.

Ravensbank Business Park, Redditch

We were appointed as principal contractor to carry out design and refurbishment works. Our client wanted to refurbish the building to provide a high-quality business unit for a new client totalling 60,000 sq. ft.

Bescot Point, Walsall

Our client wished to refurbish two vacant industrial units to a high standard to prepare for new clients to move in. The works included the refurbishment of offices, WC’s, warehouse and car parks as well as external cladding and entrance repairs.
