  • Lower than average performance during Q1
  • The Department for Work and Pensions take largest space at 16,499sq. ft.
  • Potential opportunities from The Department for Transport
  • Currently 761,000 sq. ft. of commercial space under construction in Birmingham
  • 103 Colmore Row due for completion this year
  • 1 Centenary Way due for completion end of 2022

We had the privilege of working on the 11th Floor for Alliance Surgical and then being invited back to complete refurbishment on their 10th Floor offices. The 11th floor was a fit out of an empty space provided by the landlord, and the 10th floor was a strip out and fit out, each space at 5,375 sq. ft.

11 Brindley Place

In the busy area of Brindley Place, we worked across multiple shared floors to create segregated offices and meeting spaces, without disturbing the existing tenants of the building.
