Graduate Project Manager/Estimator

If you’re the Graduate we’re looking for, you’ll be confident, self-motivated and focused.

You’ll be assisting Project Management team on projects worth up to £1,000,000, supporting the Estimating team on critical tenders and be provided with hands on training throughout your time at Calztec. You’ll be asked to achieve great results and taught methods on how to successfully run projects, negotiate with suppliers and communicate with clients.

You’ll need to be determined, precise and organised. You’ll have the attributes required to be able to construct project plans and ensure they are followed and you’ll have the ability to communicate with suppliers, clients and colleagues to ensure tasks are completed.

You will be joining a dynamic and supportive company that will provide varied experiences in the construction industry. This will range from occasional days on site with the Site Managers, to time in the office focused on planning ahead with the Project Managers and the opportunity to work on tenders alongside the Estimators. You will be given the opportunity to see the Fit Out Industry across all aspects of a company. You’ll be provided with the opportunity to develop your skillset and knowledgebase through our continuous development programme and be creating an impact in the commercial property sector.

Required Qualifications:

• University Degree in a construction discipline
• A*-B in GCSE Maths and English
