Calztec Head Office, Bromsgrove
The brief
Our company had grown considerably in the first three years of trading, and so Calztec was expanding into a larger space. We wanted this new space to be a showcase to our clients, exhibiting the high standards in design and fit out that we offer.
Design
The Director developed the office design, this was an opportunity to recycle materials from past projects we had worked on, as well as create a space that showcased different aspects of office fit out but still worked harmoniously as one space.
Manage and build
Our Fit Out Team worked hard to create a wonderful Head Office, it incorporated some of our most popular aspects of fit out, including a whiteboard wall, fob access control and glass partitioning, as well as some emerging trends in fit out, such as the scaffold board and pallet walls, and exposed electrical cable trays.
The finish
The final space is a great example of the services we can offer to our clients and shows how a small space can still have the ‘wow’ factor.
