Office Fit Out

Property Manager: We had the privilege of working on the 11th Floor of 54 Hagley Road in central Birmingham for Alliance Surgical and then being invited back to complete refurbishment on their 10th floor office.

We had the privilege of working on the 11th Floor of 54 Hagley Road in central Birmingham for Alliance Surgical and then being invited back to complete refurbishment on their 10th floor office. The 11th floor was a Cat B fit out of an empty space provided by the landlord, and the 10th floor was a strip out and Cat B fit out, each space at 5,375 sq. ft.

After consultations with the client, we put forward a design that maximised the space and met the client’s criteria for meeting rooms, a large board room, a welcoming reception area and a breakout space.

Our works consisted of:

  • Strip out of entire floor left by previous tenant
  • Full electrical upgrade and lighting upgrade throughout
  • Fire alarm upgrade
  • Replacement of full mechanical and air conditioning
  • Installation of plasterboard and glazed partitioning walls to form new offices and meeting spaces
  • Full internal decoration throughout and supply of manifestations to all glazing
  • New carpet tiles throughout and vinyl floor in the breakout room.
  • Replacement of kitchen area and installation of vending machines

The office occupied a 16 floor building, and all works were critically managed to cause minimal disruption to all tenants of 54 Hagley Road. The project was completed within the agreed time scale, and in line with the budget we had been presented with. 

The additional office space allowed for the company to thrive and continue serving its clients efficiently.

We had the pleasure of continuing to work on this building with Alliance Surgical with our Facilities Maintenance division. Assisting them with lighting faults from existing fittings, damage caused to fixtures, carpet replacements and supplying new air conditioning facilities for use in their new server room among some of the work we undertook.
