Working Site Manager

If you’re the experienced Site Foreman we’re looking for, you’ll be driven, self motivated and have high standards that ensure projects are delivered correctly and effectively. This is a role where you will have the opportunity to develop your existing skills and learn new methods of management, building on your existing experience and looking to take your career to the next stage. You’ll be employed by and representing the Main Contractor, which means everyday you are on site you will be making a difference to the project.

You’ll be awarded projects of between £50,000 and £500,000 to take ownership for and guide through to delivery, updating the Client and Contracts Manager on progress, whilst working alongside our approved Subcontractors to ensure high quality finish. You’ll be asked to achieve great results and you’ll be taught methods on how to successfully run varied and interesting projects.

You’ll be determined, assertive and organised. You’ll have the previous experience of being on varied fit out projects in a management role, and also have the skillset to lead and motivate site operatives through to project delivery.

You will be joining a dynamic and supportive company that will provide varied experiences in the construction industry. You’ll be provided with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge base with our guidance on processes and new softwares and you’ll be creating an impact in the commercial property sector.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• SMSTS/SSSTS
• 3 years site manager or site foreman experience
• Trade background e.g. Carpentry, Electrician, etc.
• Excellent Organisation and Timekeeping Skills
