If you’re the Site Manager we’re looking for, you’ll be driven, focused and have high standards that ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently. This is a role where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop, the ideal candidate will have at least three years management experience and is looking to progress their career to the next level.
You’ll be awarded projects up to £500,000 to take ownership for and guide through to delivery to the Client and Project Manager. You’ll be asked to achieve great results and you’ll be taught methods on how to successfully run large and varied projects.
You’ll need to be determined, assertive and organised. You’ll have the previous experience of being on large fit out projects in a management role, whether that be managing a small team, assisting a site manager or running an entire site. You will also have the skillset to lead and motivate site operatives through to project delivery.
