Large-Scale Industrial Dilapidation

Calztec was appointed to undertake a comprehensive dilapidation and refurbishment programme at a major industrial warehouse in Winsford, restoring the property to an excellent condition ready for its next occupier.

The project involved the complete refurbishment of a large-scale distribution facility, requiring meticulous planning and coordination across multiple trades to deliver a modern, compliant and highly functional industrial environment. Working to a demanding programme, our team transformed the warehouse into a clean, bright and operationally efficient space that meets the expectations of today’s logistics and manufacturing sectors.
