Our works consisted of:
- Full electrical upgrade
- GRP skylight replacement
- Lining of valley gutters
- Cut edge corrosion treatment on the roof
- Decoration throughout, including external cladding
- HD epoxy resin floor coating
This successful project was delivered ahead of schedule, on budget and our client was delighted with the standard of finish throughout.
The final office space was fitted out to a reasonable specification, with new suspended ceilings, LED lighting, perimeter power trunking and central heating.
The building had a complete M&E Overhaul, an extensive preventative roof repair and the warehouse floor was repaired and coated to a standard that exceeding the clients expectation.
