Plastic Bottle Supplies

We worked with Plastic Bottle Supplies to deliver a contemporary new office and meeting space at its facilities in Wolverhampton. Calztec had the opportunity to design a high-end finish.

A brief scope of works:

  • Installation of standard single glazed full height frameless glazing to form new offices and meeting rooms

    • Grey head and floor track to retain glass

    • 100mm encapsulated suspended ceiling acoustic pads to the new offices and conference and training rooms

    • Eight single framed glass pivot doors, self closing with locking lever handles

    • Metal framed, double boarded plasterboard partitions achieving a fire rating of 60mins

    • Full decoration of all new partitioning

Our flexible approach and extensive design capabilities ensured we presented the client with a concept that exceeded their expectations. Fundamental to this process was our availability to access our knowledgeable supply chain partners to source bespoke items.

The biggest challenge we faced was the project had a tight schedule of works with a quick turn-around. We worked closely with our experienced supply chain partners and developed a programme that ensured we met our client’s moving in date ahead of schedule.

The new office was also designed to be COVID compliant, with socially distanced desk spacing.

We proactively managed the project through COVID-19 legislation, devising a health and safety strategy that eliminated the potential spread of coronavirus on site between contractors.
