Northampton
The brief
We were contracted by an existing nationally successful serviced office company who had taken on a new premise in Northampton. They had a very short timeline to prepare the space ready for their new tenants.
Planning and prep
Scheduling for this project was essential, as we had 5 days to complete and hand over before the new tenant moved in.
Manage and build
We were asked to come in and strip out the existing fixtures left by the previous occupant. The works we completed covered partitioning, door and glass fitting, carpet laying, access control installation, data and electrical.
The finish
The project was completed on time, and within the agreed price quoted. Since working on this project in 2015, the client has continued to use our services, and we have completed fit out and refurbishment projects on seven of their premises around the country.
