The project was a schedule of dilapidations and refurbishment works to improve the general aesthetics, energy efficiency and functionality of the building ensuring the property is in line with the high specification of the other properties in their portfolio.
Our works consisted of:
- Over clad the roof including replacement of roof lights
- Replace all external vertical cladding
- Installed new insulated roller shutter doors
- Installed new double-glazed aluminium windows and entrance door
- Design and installed new LED lighting throughout
- Internal decoration throughout
- New Resin coating to Warehouse floor.
- Upgraded the warehouse heaters and central heating system and installed new radiators
- Constructed new WC block in Warehouse to include accessible WC
Due to the current construction market, supply issues were a challenge. We had to work with our client and supply chain to propose alternative products that ensured the end result matched the client’s specification without affecting the quality and keeping within the budget.
