2010 Meriden Business Park
During lockdown last year, our dedicated operatives worked safely to deliver this project at 2010 Meriden Business Park near Coventry.
The client wanted to upgrade the interior and exterior of the office building to a high standard ready for a new occupant or resale.
Working closely with CBRE Birmingham, we provided a full schedule of dilapidations, full strip out and CAT A refurbishment works across 15,279 sq. ft.
Our works consisted of:
- Full internal and external clean of the building
- New suspended ceilings
- LED lighting upgrade throughout
- Full electrical upgrade of new distribution boards
- Washroom and toilet facilities upgrade
- Full internal decoration
- Installation of new carpet
