The brief
An existing client was expanding their office size to an additional floor. They wanted this new space to be a productive working environment for their employees, as well as showing clients their contemporary approach to the Health Industry and emphasising their brand image.
Design
After consultations with the client, we put forward a design that maximised the space and met the client’s criteria for meeting room and breakout space.
Manage and build
The office occupied a 16 floor building, and all works were critically managed to cause minimal disruption to all tenants of 54 Hagley Road. The project was completed within the agreed time scale and in line with the budget we had been presented with.
The finish
The additional office space allowed for the company to thrive, and continue serving its clients efficiently.
